Small Onigiri mold, that is part of the Alo hale "home living" collection. A heavy gauge musubi mold for making snack, pupu, appetizer or bite sized musubi. Made with high quality 316 stainless steel proving maximum antibacterial properties. Fitted with a ergonomic silicone handle for comfort. hand polished for pleasing looks. Safe for dishwashers. The triangle mold measures 2.75 inches from base to peak and 1.875 inch high frame. The open design helps in making musubi easy to prepare, just like you would make rectangular spam musubi. This is size is more of a common size in Japan. To use, fill the mold half way with with rice, press a middle indentation with your finger, add the filling like ube, spam, fish, etc. and then add more rice then press flat with the silicone handle press. Lift the frame while pressing the rice ball to remove from the mold.
